Field Rental Terms

All reservations are subject to cancellation (with refund) depending on field conditions, mainly if the field is too wet to play on. Please stay in touch with Louisiana Rugby around game day if rain is an issue - Louisiana Rugby follows USA Rugby & World Rugby guidance on lightning

All trash must be place in trash bins or removed from the park - there is no one paid to clean up after you - please insure you're leaving the field as you found it

In general this is somewhat a first come first serve system - with priority given to paid reservations - however, our goal is to find field time for all teams and to coordinate many days filled with rugby from morning until night. If a time slot is not available, please email DavidB@LouisianaRugby.org and we will facilitate a discussion with the teams looking to make reservations

All cars must be parked appropriately - on Magnolia drive please reserve the paved Dog Park parking spaces along the Dog Park fence for Dog Park members only. Overflow parking at Magnolia is available on the GrowDat/Pan American Stadium end of the rugby field
