The NOLA Gold and Louisiana Rugby have formed a partnership with Jefferson Parish Rec Department and are pleased to announce we will be starting two flagship youth rugby programs at Pard Playground in Marrero and Jefferson Playground in Jefferson.
These programs will start Nov. 16 or 18 respectively and run for six weeks. Registration for these 2 new programs is up now on the Jefferson Parish Recreation Department website: https://secure.rec1.com/LA/jefferson-parish-recreation-department/catalog

We are very excited to partner with JPRD to offer rugby as a sport to more youth in the state of Louisiana. With access to JPRD's database of kids the sport will be more accessible and allow anyone who is interested to partake in it.

With the addition of MLR and scholarshipped college program rugby is now able to open more doors for kids in the USA. We're hoping we can reach and allow kids in the state of Louisiana access to the great offerings rugby has through this partnership," said Louisiana Rugby Youth Development Officer Nick Feakes.
