Get ready for an exhilarating experience at the 7th annual Redfish Youth Rugby Fest, Louisiana's premier rugby event! We're thrilled to announce that this year's fest will kick off in spectacular fashion with the NOLA Gold Match against the Houston Sabercats at the Shrine. And that's just the beginning – the festivities will continue on Wednesday with a lineup packed with excitement and learning for newcomers and returners alike. 🏉🎉

On Wednesday, June 5th, we'll be diving into the fundamentals of rugby, covering everything from ballhandling techniques to dynamic 2v3 drills. Designed for boys and girls ages 6-14, this camp offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance skills and knowledge for competitive play. But there's more in store – alongside rugby skill development, participants will receive age-appropriate speed, agility, and strength training to elevate their game to the next level.

For our older participants, ages 11-17, we're offering the chance to register for tackle sessions with our certified coaches and compete in the summer 7s. This program is tailored to equip participants with the essential skills needed to excel both on and off the field, fostering a holistic approach to athleticism.

Whether you're a seasoned rugby player or new to the sport, we invite you to be part of this exciting event. It's not just about rugby – it's about building friendships, embracing the spirit of competition, and creating unforgettable memories with the entire family.

So, what can you expect? Each day will be filled with diverse skills and positions, all leading up to the thrilling Redfish 7s Tournament on June 8th. 

But above all, it's about fostering a love for the game and having a blast in the Louisiana sunshine!

Saturday, June 8th, don't miss the chance to showcase your skills at the Redfish 7s Tournament, where teams from Coquille (Covington), New Orleans, Gretna, and TX Motley Youth Rugby will compete for the ultimate Redfish!
