Ochsner Elmwood Sports Medicine has a new performance training programs and Louisiana Rugby members can schedule a free session with them to try things out next week. They have tailored programs for ages 7-10, 11-14, 14-19 and adults too. There's an email address on the flyer for Lance Lacoste if you're interested in setting something up. Ochsner has been a great partner with Louisiana Rugby and we love our athletic trainers!
